Everyone loves fast food. However, the purchased fast food can not always please the taste and even more so the price. That’s why we have gathered simple recipes for lovers of all things juicy, spicy and greasy for the most popular dishes you can make at home. Delight yourself and your stomach!

1. Hod Dog

Good, juicy hot dogs are hard to find, even in fast food restaurants. If you really love them, try making homemade hot dogs with an ultra-easy recipe that won’t leave anyone indifferent.
Ingredients:
– 4 sausages;
– garlic clove;
– 3 to 4 cherry tomatoes;
– 4 hot dog buns (regular baguette can be used);
– 100 grams of cheese;
– mayonnaise to taste;
– mustard to taste;
– black pepper to taste.
Cooking:
1. Chop the garlic without peeling it and fry it in a pan with the sausages. This process should take no more than five minutes until the sausages are crispy.
2. If you have taken soft cheese for your pie, mash it with a fork and then mix it with mayonnaise. If it’s hard – grate it onto the ready dish.
Cut the onions and tomatoes into thin slices. Cut the bun lengthwise, put the sliced vegetables inside and toasted sausages on top. It is ideal if they are still hot.
4. Pour the “insides” of the hot dog with prepared sauce, mustard, or just sprinkle with grated cheese. Done. You can enjoy the most amazing hot dogs of your life.

2. Burger

Did you know that a homemade burger comes out much cheaper and doesn’t require you to spend a lot of time? And the result might make you want to include this dish in your daily menu.
Ingredients:
– 4 sesame seed buns;
– 2 cutlets;
– 4 tablespoons mayonnaise;
– 4 tablespoons ketchup;
– 4 tablespoons mustard (optional);
– tomato
– onion;
– 1-2 pickles;
– 1 bunch of leaf lettuce;
– 150 grams of cheese.
1. Slice the onion and tomato in rings. Cut the cheese into thin slices.
2. Cut the bun lengthwise, spread ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard on the halves. On top put a pre-fried cutlet. While it is still hot, put on top a slab of cheese, a ring of onion, a tomato, slices of cucumber and, finally, a leaf of lettuce. Cover the whole thing with the other half of the bun.

3. Spicy KFC wings

This recipe is perfect for when you’re aiming to sit down to watch your favorite show and snack on something delicious. Stock up on sauces and make the best appetizer for a glass of Friday night beer.
Ingredients:
– 800 grams of chicken wings;
– 2 eggs;
– 100 ml of milk;
– half a tablespoon of paprika;
– half a tablespoon of garlic powder;
– 1 cup vegetable oil;
– 1 cup of breading mix;
– 1 cup flour;
– pepper to taste;
– salt to taste.
Cooking:
1. Wash the wings, cut them at the joints. Put them in a pot with water, salt and bring to the boil. Cook for no more than five to seven minutes. Then let them cool.
2. Next, proceed to the preparation of the lyezone. Stir with a whisk two eggs, salt, add 100 ml of warm (but not hot) milk and mix it all. Add spices to taste and stir until the salt is completely dissolved.
3. After the wings have cooled, dip them in flour, then dip them in leeson, and then – in breading.
4. Put the breaded wings in a single layer so that they do not touch each other. Set them aside for ten minutes to allow the egg to dry and the breading to keep them from falling off.
5. In any container you have (cauldron, high-sided frying pan, saucepan), heat the oil to 180 degrees. Dip the wings in the heated oil for 30-60 seconds – that’s enough time for crispy frying, since you boiled the wings beforehand.
