– 1 tsp. honey;
– Half of a medium-sized orange;

– 200 g sour cream;

Cooking:
1. First make the marinade. Take a deep bowl, add wine, mustard and pepper, mix it. Squeeze the juice of a lemon into the mixture and add a little zest. The marinade is ready. Put in it already sliced beef and leave to marinate for at least six hours.
